Lentils in a smoothie? Don’t scroll past just yet!⠀
This recipe pairs nutritious lentils with avocado, spinach, apples, peas and plant milk.⠀

You'll need:⠀
1/2 avocado⠀
1 tsp fresh ginger⠀
1 chopped granny smith apples, frozen⠀
1 frozen banana⠀
65g cooked green lentils⠀
120g frozen blueberries⠀
Large handful of spinach⠀
125ml rice milk⠀
1 tsp pea protein⠀
1 tsp cinnamon⠀

Method:⠀
In a blender combine lentils, ginger, spinach and cinnamon, blend until smooth.⠀

Add frozen fruit, avocado and pea protein then slowly add rice milk slowly until mixture is smooth and well blended.⠀
