‘Difficult- easy’ challenges refer to things that can feel stressful, challenging and some what intimidating with little reward. Such as starting yet another diet, negative self talk or over booking your already busy schedule.

‘Difficult-difficult’ challenges refer to things you do that can be uncomfortable and sometimes scary but are growth promoting. Such as being mindful, taking a recovery day or prioritising only what matters for the day ahead.

To seek progress and overcome challenges, you first need to be aware which tasks are consuming most of your focus and try to adopt a growth mind set 👆🏼💆🏼‍♀️
