Everybody seems to wait for “Motivation” first in order to take “Action” on their health and weight loss goals and that is not how the order works!

Motivation is a feeling that comes and goes. You will never always feel Motivated. If you’re always waiting for Motivation to get yourself healthy and lose weight, you will never get there and will be putting your health at more risk the longer you keep putting it off, especially as you age.

If you know you need to get healthier and know you need to lose weight, than you just need to take ACTION first!

When you take ACTION first and follow your plan with CONSISTENCY, you will start to get RESULTS! Those RESULTS will then give you the MOTIVATION to take more ACTION. That in turn will bring about more RESULTS and give you more MOTIVATION. That’s the cycle.

Stop waiting for Motivation first and just take Action first! You’re health depends on it.
