You could be training hard lifting heavy weights like a mad man,but if you dont rest you wont get the best results.Train hard+Eat+good sleep=gainz...💯
Your rest day shouldnt be laying on the couch doing nothing. Take a walk,do some light exercises for abs etc...🚶‍♂️💆‍♂️
