Day 2 of the cut....

Day 2 of the cut.

Training intensity has to be on another level. Wanting to slowly lose body fat & keep lifting heavy. Carbs seem high but I’ve been eating over 500 grams for a good while haha, so I’m testing this week out with the macros I have set & making adjustments based on my weight at the end of this week. Let’s get to work 👊🏼
