The gym is a great place to get in shape, but the world is a big place and there are a lot of options out there.
This is a picture of little cottonwood canyon in Utah. My husband grew up right at the mouth of this canyon, and my family and I spend a lot of time here. We ski, we hike, and we enjoy just being in the mountains.
Being outdoors is something that I have found to be very helpful in health and fitness. Being healthy is more than just looking a certain way, it is more about feeling a certain way. Being outdoors helps me achieve the way I want to feel.
I know winter is coming, and most people move more indoors. But try to spend more time outside and you will find that fresh air is one of the best supplements out there๐.
