Sooo I’ve realized that if I prep (wash/cut) my veggies for the week at the beginning of the week, it makes chopping for dinners so easy, packing lunches a breeze, AND I’m so much more likely to grab something healthy out of the fridge for a snack instead of junk.

I saw somewhere this past week that carrots and celery last longer stored in a glass jar with water, so imma be trying this!

(Obvi I don’t store them all laid out like this, but ya know #doitforthegram lol)

What’s yo favorite veggie? I think mine is a tie between carrots and broccoli. They’re always my go-to. And both are bomb raw with hummus (roasted red pepper 🤤) or roasted in the oven!
