I love working out💪. It is one of my habits. But, sometimes, I feel I need to rest, and I stop training. 

It could be for a month, or two.  Yes, I ran here and there,🤸‍♀️ and I jumped on the trampoline when I felt like it, but no massive training - last Friday, I was two months free! 

I agree, the difficulty is getting back on track; it's challenging.  The motivation to push yourself every morning, fending off background noises that assure you it’s okay not to workout today. I am never shushing those voices, but I also listen to that voice, fair and calm, that reminds me of the feeling after training and the goal I have set for myself. 

Some say it takes 21 days to develop a routine, and some believe it is 66 or 67 days. I know that after a week of perseverance, I am on the road to success. 

Therefore, I am tracking my progress. So I can reward myself for a small achievement. #80daysobsession #day2
