if you wonder why i post so many food bowl pictures but never really post smoothie bowls, this is why hahaha

i present to you a very lackluster smoothie bowl with this homemade granola that was too good not to share 🤤

1 3/4 cup dry rolled oats/instant oats
1 cup of puffed cereal of your choice
1/3 cup of any nuts/seeds
1/2 cup of honey
1-2 tbsp of nut/seed butter

spread on a layered baking sheet, about 1/3 of an inch tall in one big cluster. bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, until it begins to golden on the edges. then, take it out and let it cool COMPLETELY (this is very important or else your granola won’t become clustery and crunchy). once it’s cooled completely, break into clusters & enjoy !!
