Super quick and easy Saturday supper using up the #leftovers from a pork loin I made in the Instantpot this week.

This pork loin has fed us for 4 meals 🙌🏼

I added the shredded meat to my trusty @lodge skillet with carrot, savoy cabbage, garlic, ginger and coconut aminos.

Garlic and ginger are powerhouses for immunity boosting and we utilize them almost daily in our home.

Served over coconut rice. I have my fool-proof method saved in the Recipes highlight 👆🏼
