I recommend a wide variety of food on 4-6hr window to nourish our system w/ all the micro & macronutrients need to age successfully and allow our organs and cells to regenerate while fasting.

This was organic ground turkey, bok choy, mushrooms, peppers, onions, ginger, garlic sautéed in olive oil w/ Himalayan salt, chili powder, paprika, cumin, adobo and black pepper.
