If I lift I will bulk?
I don’t consider myself bulky and I lift 4/5 times a week.
To think lifting should not be part of your fitness success is illogical.
It’s like saying if I eat I will get fat.
Couple things you should look for when your choosing a fitness program NOT A WORKOUT
Cardio endurance
Strength
Flexibility
Stamina
Speed
Power
Mobility
Balance
**Mental Health **
Some of your goals will have more or less but it will entail at least a couple of these depending what you’re trying to achieve. Realign what your looking for. It will more than likely get you past your plateau and challenges

Don’t chase the trends or something that looks cool.
Fitness programs I believe conquers your mental health. Exercising frees your mind. Chase your health! It’s never to late
