Creamy Lemon & Dill Chicken Pasta

Phase 1- serves 2

Ingredients
1-2 small broccoli
150g chicken breast
1 egg
1 heaped tsp dill
1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp seeded mustard
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp tamari soy
Salt and pepper
1 pack Konjac noodles

Method
Step 1.
In a small bowl combine egg beaten, mustard, soy, garlic,dill, salt, pepper and lemon and mix into a sauce. Set aside

Step 2.
Cut your broccoli into florets and slice the stem. Blanch in hot water for 2-3 mins and strain

Step 3.
Prepare noodles and set aside (I boil them in a pot for the whole duration of prepping everything else!

Step 4.
Chop chicken and fry off with some water.
Once almost cooked add the sauce and noodles. Stir through for 1 min, add the broccoli and stir everything through, heat for another 1-2mins and serve.
